Capabilities include:

• Advising Underwriters and Brokers on risk quality and technical aspects of operational and machinery breakdown insurance programmes • Assessing projects for the placement of CAR / EAR insurance • Risk assessment in oil, gas, petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, storage, primary and molten metals, DRI, rolling mills and tubular products, utilities (desalination / water treatment), manufacturing and power (renewables and traditional) industries both onshore and offshore covering property damage, business interruption and liability exposures • Assessment of risk control and Loss Prevention features to clients on a world-wide basis • Identifying credible loss scenarios • Leading Client Focussed workshops targeting Loss Prevention • Loss investigations and data analysis, supporting the Loss adjusting process. • Access to global Process Safety Network

Scope of services include the following:

• Risk Surveys – consisting of onsite survey visits to identify the occupancy risk quality from a physical and human element aspect by gathering information relating to PD, BI and MB exposures, identifying credible loss scenarios relating to the maximum foreseeable loss (MFL) and review previous recommendations and identify opportunities for risk reduction.

• Loss Prevention Training seminars

• Desk Top Reviews (DTR) – assessment and review of market reports highlighting the risk quality using either in-house grading or clients bespoke grading, loss estimates, key recommendations, natural catastrophe and key Construction, Occupancy, Protection and Exposures (COPE) data etc.
